The Industrial Standard in Nanobubble Generation

The TNS-CORE is Trident's flagship nanobubble generator platform — engineered for standard industrial conditions across the broadest range of applications. Built on our patented membrane technology, the TNS-CORE delivers up to 99% gas transfer efficiency with bubble sizes down to 60nm and concentrations up to 40 trillion nanobubbles per mL, all with no external power for nanobubble generation and no moving parts.

TNS-CORE

The standard configuration for the majority of industrial applications. Handles water, wastewater, brines, slurries, and process fluids at operating temperatures up to 60°C and pressures up to 10 bar. Compatible with O₂, N₂, air, O₃, CO₂, and specialty gases.

Best for: Aquaculture, agriculture, wastewater treatment, food processing, lake restoration, desalination pretreatment, biofuel production.

TNS-CORE XE (Extreme Environment)

Everything the standard CORE offers, with enhanced chemical resistance for moderately aggressive fluids. Designed for applications where pH tolerance, chemical compatibility, or abrasive content exceeds standard operating conditions.

Best for: Industrial wastewater, oil & gas, and mining with sand, dirt or other hard solids, content, food processing with sanitizing agents, aggressive agricultural applications.

TNS-CORE DC (CO2 Optimized)

Purpose-built for carbon dioxide applications. The DC variant delivers 2–4× higher CO₂ transfer rates than standard nanobubble generators, making it the most efficient CO₂ dissolution system available for carbon capture, algae cultivation, carbonation, and syngas fermentation.

Best for: CCUS and mineral carbonation, CO₂-enhanced oil recovery, algae cultivation, beverage carbonation, syngas fermentation, concrete curing.

Deliver Oxygen Deep Into the Heap

A barren solution saturated with oxygen nanobubbles can help accelerate leaching rates and increase extraction efficiency in the heap leaching process. The use of nanobubbles allows for deep oxygen saturation, which can improve the efficiency of the chemical reaction that dissolves the valuable minerals in the ore. By injecting the barren solution saturated with nanobubbles into the heap, the solution can reach more of the minerals, increasing the leaching rate and overall extraction efficiency.
