**Trident Bubble Technologies LLC Limited Lifetime Warranty**
 
**Terms and Conditions:**
 
The Trident Bubble Technologies LLC Limited Lifetime Warranty ("Warranty") guarantees the original purchaser that the nanobubble generator product ("Product") is free from any defect in material and workmanship when used in accordance with the original purchaser's accompanying labels and instructions. By using the Product, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Warranty.
 
**1. Warranty Coverage:**
 
a) Trident Bubble Technologies LLC ("TBT") warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship up to six (6) months from the original purchase date.
 
b) If within six months from the date of purchase, the Product is found to have a defect covered by this Warranty, TBT will, at its option, repair the defect or replace the defective Product or part thereof at no charge to the purchaser for parts or labor.
 
**2. Limitations and Exclusions:**
 
a) This Warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
 
b) TBT's liability under this Warranty is limited to repairing the defect or replacing the defective Product or part thereof, and is limited to the value of the Product.
 
c) There are no other express or implied warranties, and the limited warranty described herein is in addition to applicable law. All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for use, are limited to the period from the date of original purchase as set forth in this Warranty.
 
**3. Authorized Warranties:**
 
Neither the sales personnel of the seller nor any other person is authorized to make any warranties other than those described herein or to extend the duration of any warranty beyond the time period described herein on behalf of TBT.
 
**4. Exclusive Remedy and Limitation of Liability:**
 
a) The warranties described herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranties granted by TBT and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser.
 
b) Corrections of defects, as described in this Warranty, shall constitute complete fulfillment of all liabilities and responsibilities of TBT to the purchaser with respect to the Product and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
 
c) In no event shall TBT be liable or in any way responsible for incidental or consequential economic or property damage.
 
**5. Governing Law:**
 
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
 
**6. Additional Rights:**
 
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
 
**7. Superseding Agreement:**
 
This Warranty supersedes any other written or verbal agreements or understandings regarding the Product between the Customer and TBT.
 
By using the Product, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Product 30-Day Trial and Buy Program - Terms and Conditions
We are pleased to offer you our 30-day trial and buy program for our products. Please carefully read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below before participating in this program:

  1. Trial Period:

    • The trial period starts from the date of product delivery.

    • You have 30 calendar days to evaluate the product starting from the trial period.

  2. Return Process:

    • If you decide to return the product, contact our customer service department to initiate the return process.

    • We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation provided.

    • The product must be in its original condition with no signs of damage or excessive wear and tear.

  3. Restocking Fee:

    • A restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund.

    • This fee covers the cost of inspecting, refurbishing, and restocking the returned product.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

    • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  5. Customer Responsibilities:
